Splendid lights at Han Shan Temple
寒山寺的千年钟声
Tonight
No sight of the passenger boat
Mooring by the side of the Maple Bridge
There is only this half portion of the crescent moon
In fact
Why bother to inquire what Monk Jianzhen
Had taken away while crossing eastward
Who cares
Whether the world has any largest bell
Tonight we gather together at Hanshan Temple
Hundred and eight sounds of blessings
Heard by the whole world
With me pressing forward in the crowd
There is an unknown huge tree in front of the stage
In its dark gutter of year-ring
Echoing a song which has been passed down over thousand years
Never it has been stopped
Accompanying the pulsation and thought of every descendant of the Yan and Huang
Tonight
The lights at Hanshan Temple are splendid
The same bell sounds and blessings
Resounding all over the world.
